Bowtie Festival
Ingredients:
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Asiago cheese (or Italian blend of cheeses)

1/2 stick butter
1 cup red onions, diced
1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 cup Roma Tomatoes, diced
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
2 lb. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), cooked

To make the sauce:
Heat cream to very hot and just bubbly (but not a boil).
Add cheese.
Stir constantly with a wire whisk and bring temperature back to just bubbly.

Other:
Saute red onion in butter, add bacon and garlic.
Add chicken and cook thoroughly
Add tomatoes and pasta.
Add Asiago cream sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
