Today is the day!

Blogging to you live from the labor and delivery room! Yes, we are having our baby today. I'm all hooked up to the IV and getting antibiotics before they really start to get things going. Everything's going good and we will have a new baby by the end of the day! We finally decided on a name, but it's a secret until she makes her appearance. Pictures and an update with all the stats will be coming sometime soon!

In preparation of baby. . .

Here I am at almost 39 weeks! I don't think I've ever posed for a belly picture in five pregnancies. Oh well. This pregnancy has been nice and easy, which is such a blessing. And I am so excited to meet this new little cutie! I think I am ready, so come on baby!

• new carseat purchased (because apparently they expire, you know, like food or something)

So excited for baby to come!

Teamwork

Check out all that wood! The kids helped to haul the chopped wood up to the front porch, all the while chanting, "Teamwork! Teamwork!" It was pretty cute! And they even did it in the wind and snow.

Last night I enjoyed a lovely evening by the fire, eating pumpkin cake and reading a book. The only thing that could have made it better would have been some apple cider! I love fall!
