The quick update

So, it's been a while since I've blogged. I was reading back through my old posts and realized that I use to blog, a lot. But I haven't for a long time. And since we now live far away from family I've decided to go back to the blogging a lot. But before we move on to the usually daily ins and outs of life here, we need an update.

• We're back in Texas!
• It's a bit surreal; like we took a two year vacation to Utah and now we're back to "real" life.
• I have five kids! I know, but it's still weird.
• We are renting a three bedroom house and adjusting to the smaller space. I am all sorts of creative when it comes to organizing in limited spaces!
• My baby Charlotte is 3 months old! Gasp! I don't want her to get older. She's a doll. She is the most chatty baby we've had. And she sleeps through the night! Yay!
• Dave is crazy busy with work! But he's good at what he does and everybody loves him. He also gets to travel a little bit and that has been fun for him.
• I ventured out with all five kids for the first time a few days ago all by myself. And yes, I survived.

Hmmm . . .I guess as far as updating that's good. But look forward to the daily antics I'll be posting about!
